your pain,frustration and concern and will do our best to quickly
help you get you back on your feet
to feeling

problems are treated as a
priority to us and we will do our best to see you as soon as we can.
Emergencies are usually seen promptly on the same day that you call. So
please ring up early on that morning or leave a message on our
answering machine so that we can help get you in as soon as possible.If
it is impossible to see you on that day, we can try to see you first
thing the next morning.

Thursday nights we are open till 7:30PM. Saturday Mornings from 8 till

techniques to alleviate your pain, and if possible eliminate it
completely.You can choose to have laughing gas(nitrous
oxide) for sedation or oral sedation(Diazepam Valium) if
you so wish if you are particularly nervous.Our team are skilled and
experienced in treating dental emergencies and are genuinely
warm and caring and sympathetic to your pain and suffering that we will
do our best to make you pain free , relaxed and at ease
again,quickly.
For
those with serious Dental Problems and are too embarrassed ....
We also promise to NEVER
put unnecessary judgement on you .For
any number of reasons, if you have "let things slip" and know
that you have lots of dental problems in your mouth and lots
of dental work that needs to be done but
feel embarrassed, or don' have the time ,inclination
or finances or for whatever reason....... be assured that we
will never judge you and lecture or hound you to come
back.We can always help you . But only if you want the help and seek
it.We will always offer a sympathetic and non
judgemental approach to your dental health and offer to always
be here to help you.
We
have an open door
policy, whether the next time
we see you for a tooth ache or pain again , or whether you
want a thorough and complete customised plan to fix up
everything right again.We can do either or offer a staged approach that
takes into consideration your unique circumstances, financial
and time budget and off course your wishes.

discuss this before the visit.We promise to do our best to help look

accept Cash, Credit Card, and personal cheques.Please be aware that
unfortunately we do not keep accounts so payment on the day of
treatment will be appreciated.
If you do require special considerations, this can be discussed and
arranged for at the begining of the appointment.An Interest
free payment plan( upto 12
months) is also available if you require, from CareCredit.
